The rooms have been overused and not updated, television quality poor, couch bed pure trash, suites not advertise in realistic view.
Public areas were taken care of the only thing this business/suite area offered was location.

The pool and spa area was very clean and nice.
My bathroom sink did not drain. Maid did not come on second day's stay.
The hotel is centrally located near Cal Expo and lots of restaurants and tons of shopping for anything you want to buy. The second day I had my room do not disturb sign out for a couple hours. At other hotels I've stayed at, they usually come back later, this one, she never came back. ...read more

Very quiet, private. helpful staff, very clean.
No elevator. Was on 2nd floor. Can be difficult to maneuver stairs with carry-on or physical issues.
